A structured interview explores your recent past behavior to predict future performance. Questions are open-ended and your answers are systematically scored. Preparing means choosing and telling the right stories, ones that reveal both technical expertise and leadership.
Two sessions
Two sessions of 75 minutes each, by phone or video, with instructor prep time to review your resume, ECQs, and technical qualifications.
Session one: your message
The first session focuses on your accomplishments and the message you want to land.
Session two: the mock
Role-play, feedback, and a recorded mock interview tailored to your position.
