Three requirements, three years.
Attend the classes
Five 3.5-hour online classes, or the 3-day live program.
Sign the license agreement
Review and sign the CFJST and CFCC license agreement on completion.
Recertify every three years
The certification runs three years. A 2026 participant holds a valid certification until September 30, 2029.
Credential value
Federal Career Training and Coaching Credential, recognized by Federal agencies and military installations.
Pre-approved for continuing education, licensed three years at a time, and finished with a personalized, full-color certificate.
