How the SES service works
A senior executive writer coaches the whole application, from your first list of accomplishments to a package built to the OPM Qualifications Review Board standard.
Assess your materials
Whether you are starting from scratch, upgrading ECQs after a selection, or refreshing the executive resume, we measure what you have against your agency and OPM requirements and build the plan from there.
Draft your Top Ten list
The service begins with your Top Ten list of leadership accomplishments from the last ten years, which you draft first so the narratives are drawn from real, recent evidence.
Write to the ECQs
Our senior executive writers craft each narrative in the required CCAR format, mapping your accomplishments to the five Executive Core Qualifications the QRB scores against.
