Payments
Upon registration, you will receive an invoice by email with options and instructions for payment. We accept these payment forms: government purchase orders, government training requests, credit cards, and checks.

Confirmation
Each registrant will receive an email with confirmation information within two business days. Program-specific information will be emailed starting three weeks prior to the scheduled training start date.
Cancellation Policy
Registered participants must cancel in writing at least 48 hours prior to the training date to avoid a no show fee equal to the total tuition. A substitute may be made at any time, but the new participant is required to submit this registration form.
